We are seeking anAssociate,OcularHealthPharmaFieldSalesprofessional to support thepromotion and utilization of Alconpharmaceuticalproducts within a defined geographic territory.

TheAssociate,OcularHealthPharmaFieldSalesrole is an entrylevel to earlycareerfieldsalesposition focused on inperson engagement withhealthcareprofessionals (HCPs). This role executes core selling activities, builds foundational customer relationships, and drivesproduct awareness and adoption through consistentfieldpresence and compliant sellingpractices.

In this role, a typical day will include:

FieldSalesExecution

  • Conduct daily, inpersonsalesvisitstophysicians, clinics, optometrypractices, and medical offices within an assigned territory.

  • Present clinical data,product features, and appropriate use informationto influenceprescribing behavior andproduct utilization.

  • Secure orders, commitments, or agreementstoprescribe or utilize Alconpharmaceuticalproducts, in accordance withpolicy.

  • Routinelyplan and executefieldrouting schedulesto maintain strong territory coverage and high levels offieldpresence.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Build and maintainprofessional relationships with HCPs and office staffto expand access, utilization, and advocacy.

  • Supportproduct adoption through consistent followup, education, and responsiveness to customer needs.

  • Participate in industry meetings, trainingprograms, and regional or nationalsalesmeetingsas required.

Product & Compliance Management

  • Conduct sample dropsaccurately and in full compliance withPDMA, companypolicy, and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of assignedproducts, disease states, and competitive landscape.

  • Operate at all times in accordance with Alcon Integrity & Compliance standardsand applicable laws and regulations.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Complete required CRM documentation, email correspondence, and expense reportingaccurately and on time.

  • Ensure administrative tasks remain incidental to theprimary responsibility offieldselling and customer engagement.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +8 yrs; Assoc.+4 yrs; M.S.)

  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English

  • Valid driver's licensewith the ability to travel daily within the assigned territory

  • Ability to work independentlyand manage time effectively in afieldbased role

  • Strong interpersonal, communication,presentation, and consultativeselling skills

  • Comfort engaginghealthcareprofessionals inprofessional, facetoface discussions
