1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Production Line Ready

• 1+ years of inventory experience
• Steel-toe shoes
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office is a plus

Your Day at the Plant

Inventory Control:

• Monitor inventory levels to support customer demand and prevent stock shortages or overstock
• Inspect incoming work orders for accuracy and completeness
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, and backorders
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams on incoming materials and timelines

Customer Service:

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, lead times, and order status
• Communicate proactively with internal teams about delays or inventory constraints
• Assist with order entry, updates, and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction

Collaboration & Process Improvement:

• Partner with sales, logistics, warehouse, and production teams to align supply with demand
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and service efficiency
• Follow company procedures and service level expectations
