Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Expert Guidance: Support customers via phone and email with new policy quotes and billing inquiries.
  • Policy Management: Process endorsements, cancellations, and coverage updates with precision.
  • Problem Solving: Navigate underwriting questions and help clients understand their protection.
  • Compliance Champion: Ensure all transactions meet industry regulations and internal quality standards.


Qualifications

Who We're Looking For:

  • Experienced Professionals: You have a background in customer service. Call center experience is a plus.
  • Growth-Minded: You aren't looking for a "gig", you want a career pathway with stability and upward mobility.
  • Detail-Oriented: You take pride in accuracy, especially when handling important legal documents and applications.
  • Great Communicators: You can turn complex insurance jargon into clear, helpful advice for customers.
  • Reliable: You can pass a background check and are committed to the full 8-week training schedule.

Internet Service Requirements

All agents are required to have wired internet service installed directly into their home.

Examples of acceptable wired services include:

  • Cable internet
  • Fiberoptic internet
  • DSL broadband

Wireless-only internet services are not allowed.
This includes:

  • Cellular/mobile hotspots (4G, 5G, LTE)
  • Fixed wireless internet
  • Satellite internet providers (e.g., Starlink, HughesNet, Viasat)

Direct Ethernet Connection Requirement

The Qualfon computer must be plugged directly into your home router or modem using an Ethernet cable.

WiFi cannot be used at any point between the Qualfon computer and your internet service provider.
This means:

  • No wireless connection from the computer to the router
  • No WiFi extenders, mesh systems, or boosters
  • No cellular hotspots or any other wireless links

Both of the above requirements must be met.

Proof of internet service provider and service required upon hire.

    • Licensed Phase: $22.50/hr (upon passing the state exam)
