GENERAL FUNCTION
The Store Operations Manager supports the Director, Project Management in coordinating and executing cross-functional initiatives that impact store operations. This role helps track key initiatives, manage project intake processes, and assess the operational impact of programs across stores. The position works closely with cross-functional partners to gather requirements, monitor progress, and ensure initiatives are implemented effectively. The role also supports analysis of store performance and operational initiatives to identify opportunities for improvement.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Supports the Director, Project Management in coordinating cross-functional initiatives that impact store operations
  • Manages the intake and tracking process for new initiatives, partnering with project owners and functional teams to clarify scope, timing, and operational impact
  • Maintains visibility into the portfolio of operational initiatives, helping track progress, identify dependencies, and escalate risks when needed
  • Evaluates proposed initiatives to assess potential impact on store operations and helps develop balanced recommendations
  • Supports the annual planning process by assisting with analysis, documentation, and coordination of operational initiatives and investments
  • Collects, analyzes, and synthesizes store performance data to help identify trends, opportunities, and operational improvements
  • Develops presentations and materials to communicate initiative progress, findings, and recommendations to leadership
  • Collaborates with cross-functional partners to gather business and operational requirements needed for initiative implementation
  • Assists with tracking key project milestones and ensuring follow-through on deliverables
  • Participates in operational improvement initiatives and special projects that support store performance


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in operations, project management, retail, or business analysis
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Effective presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts and translate them into actionable insights
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships at multiple levels
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills with a focus on results
  • Ability to anticipate and manage issues while supporting project execution
  • Strong analytical and data management skills including advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • MBA or other advanced degree
  • Experience supporting multi-year or annual planning processes
  • Retail store operations experience
  • Experience in program management, project management, or operational strategy roles


Pay Range:90,327.90-139,498.20

This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business.Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
