What to Expect
Residential Energy Demand Planning partners with global sales, manufacturing, engineering, product and finance to support the rapid growth of Residential Energy products globally. This is a key cross-functional decision-making role with high impact, accountability, and executive visibility. As a Senior Demand Planning Analyst of the Residential Energy Demand Planning team, you will be responsible for forecasting demand for key Residential Energy product lines, collaborating with vehicle team on Energy-Vehicle ecosystem analyses, supporting long-term capacity planning, and providing guidance to leadership for critical business decisions and managing risks. The ideal candidate has a passion for sustainable energy, collaborates well cross functionally, and is skilled at using data to solve complex operational problems.

What You'll Do
  • Forecast global sales for Residential Energy products based on historical data.) and future volume levers
  • Proactively manage short and long-term growth targets, provide detailed reporting to Energy leadership on tracking to those targets. Monitor lagging and leading indicators to continually assess performance of the business to plan and assess any required changes in forecast or modelling logic
  • Play critical role in Sales and Operations Planning process, working cross-functionally to support decisions across operations, sales, warehousing, manufacturing, material procurement, etc. Accountable for surfacing risks and proposing solutions to business leadership
  • Partner with Finance to optimize financial health with planning decisions and detailed scenario analyses alongside new product introductions and business growth
  • Automate operational models to improve accuracy and efficiency of operations as business scales, in close partnership with the Data Science team

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of work experience in business operations, supply chain, management consulting and/or other related fields
  • Energy industry experience and previous management experience strongly preferred
  • Extremely organized and comfortable managing a high degree of complexity
  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel required (SQL, Python a strong plus)
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interface with and influence multiple teams at various levels of the organization
  • Structured communication skills: ability to present to executive team, and an ability to embrace of change and rapid pace of work

    Expected Compensation
    $96,000 - $162,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
