Lead Software Development Engineer Thomson Reuters is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join a highly dynamic team developing our next generation Global Trade Management application suite. Our engineers come from a broad range of backgrounds and experience levels, united by a shared drive to build exceptional software. Successful candidates will be passionate about software engineering, measure success through working software and end user satisfaction, and have a desire to reimagine our business for the customer's benefit. Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE Global Trade is a comprehensive software suite designed to streamline and automate international trade management for businesses. It simplifies complex global trade operations by ensuring compliance with ever-changing regulations, optimizing supply chains, and reducing costs and risks associated with cross-border transactions. The platform integrates seamlessly with existing ERP systems to manage import/export processes, automate trade documentation, and provide real-time visibility into global shipments. By leveraging up-to-date regulatory content and advanced analytics, ONESOURCE empowers companies to enhance operational efficiency, mitigate compliance risks, and accelerate global growth in a fast-paced, highly regulated trade environment. Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $118,400 USD - $219,800 USD. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
