Full-time Home Health Aide

Schedule:

Position includes working every other weekend and every other holiday.

Available Shifts:

  1. 2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.

Pay Range: $19.10 - $25.91 per hour (based on experience)

*Same Day Pay Available*

The Difference You'll Make

  1. Assist clients and residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
  2. Support medication administration in accordance with training, care plans, and organizational policies
  3. Observe and report changes in physical, emotional, or behavioral condition to nursing staff
  4. Document care provided accurately and timely in the electronic charting system
  5. Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful engagement
  6. Collaborate with nurses and care team members to support individualized care plans
  7. Promote dignity, independence, safety, and comfort for those we serve
  8. Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and compassionate customer service in daily interactions

Qualifications:

Education Preferred:

  1. Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

Experience Required:

  1. No prior experience required - training provided

Preferred:

  1. Previous experience as a Home Health Aide, Nursing Assistant, caregiver, or in a healthcare or senior living setting

Required:

  1. Must be at least 18 years of age

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  1. Ability to work independently and make appropriate care-related decisions within scope
  2. Strong reliability, dependability, and professionalism
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  4. Ability to document accurately and timely
  5. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  6. Emotional maturity and ability to manage the physical and emotional demands of caregiving
