As a Global Finance Manager, you will serve as a strategic finance partner and trusted advisor to business leaders in the operating groups. You will lead a team responsible for financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and business decision support while helping strengthen finance capabilities, improve business processes, and support operating group priorities.

You will apply a consulting mindset to complex challenges, build strong partnerships across the organization, and develop talent while delivering high-quality outcomes through others.

What you'll do:

  • Serve as a strategic finance partner and trusted advisor to business leaders, providing clear financial insights and recommendations that support effective decision-making.

  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, financial stewardship, and business decision support for your area, connecting financial outcomes to operating group priorities.

  • Set direction for the team, establish priorities, develop talent, and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery through others.

  • Lead process improvement, change, and capability-building efforts to strengthen finance support for operating group business partners.

  • Provide disciplined finance project and program leadership for assigned initiatives, establishing clear scope, milestones, ownership, and accountability to deliver results through completion.

  • Build strong partnerships, aligning stakeholders, resolving issues, and contributing to broader initiatives that support successful execution.

I am the person Capital Group is looking for:

  • You are a seasoned finance leader and strategic business partner with a consulting mindset and experience advising leaders.

  • You lead with clarity, accountability, and purpose, setting direction for the team, developing talent, and delivering results through others.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment where anticipating business needs, developing meaningful insights, and managing multiple priorities are essential.

  • You bring strategic thinking, analytical rigor, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate complex and ambiguous business challenges.

  • You are an effective communicator who can translate financial insights into clear and actionable business recommendations.

  • You see the big picture and can translate high-level objectives into actionable plans with clear responsibilities, milestones, and measurable outcomes.

  • You have strong project and program management skills and can build effective working relationships across a matrixed organization to move initiatives forward.

  • You are committed to continuous improvement and to strengthening team capabilities and finance processes within your area of responsibility.

  • You have a degree in Accounting or Finance, with an MBA strongly preferred.
