Posting Date 04/24/2026 2000 16th Street, Denver, Colorado, 80202, United States of AmericaTechnical Execution & Modeling Lead the development of advanced statistical and machine learning models (e.g., predictive modeling, forecasting, natural language processing) to solve specific business problems like labor optimization, clinical outcome improvement, or patient retention. Maintain high standards for code quality (Python/R/SQL) and documentation within the team. Design and execute pilots for new algorithmic solutions, measuring success against defined KPIs before scaling. Navigate undefined technical challenges and "build from scratch" scenarios where no previous data pipeline exists. Project Management & Strategy Translate broad business questions from leadership into concrete analytical plans and hypotheses. Manages large and complex projects and timelines with concurrent workstreams, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and stakeholder expectations. Synthesize complex findings into cohesive, non-technical presentations ("stories") for senior managers and directors. Collaborate with leaders and peers in other lanes (e.g., Clinical Operations, IT) to drive results and align analytical work with broader Village priorities. Proactively identifies roadblocks and recommends solutions Coaching & SME Knowledge Provide technical guidance and code reviews for Analyst and Sr Analyst, when applicable Coaches the team on how to interpret data and pushes the thinking for what is possible Interpret the meaning of information for others, translating or explaining what information means and how it can be used. Stay current with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, generative AI, and healthcare analytics and ensure best practices in data science and AI are followed across the team.
