Position Summary Position Summary The Admitting / Assessment Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for completing comprehensive nursing and biopsychosocial assessments for patients entering the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This role supports timely, accurate admissions; ensures patient safety; and collaborates closely with the interdisciplinary treatment team to determine medical and psychiatric appropriateness for the level of care.
