The Sol Price School of Public Policy is looking for a Budget/Business Analyst to join our team. The Budget/Business Analyst is a crucial role within the Business Office, i.e. an administrative unit of the Price School. This position supports the School by assisting various departments with any business process that supports the departments' operations, such as expenditure management, budgeting, and procurement. Key components of the Analyst role involve maintaining a many financial reports, including a monthly reconciliation process, as well as serving as an active liaison between the School, USC Business Services, and outside vendors. This position is currently remote work arrangement (subject to change) and visits campus on occasion for meetings or events. Qualified candidates must possess budget experience including knowledge of government and fund accounting. University budget experience and knowledge of University financial systems is preferred. Strong computer skills with use of automated spreadsheets is required. Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field. Compensation: The hourly rate range for this position is $37.88 - $40.00.
