* Hybrid Schedule: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote * Contract Duration: 1 year About the Role This position is ideal for someone who loves visual storytelling and understands how to translate the channel's brand into compelling design and animated content for social media. You'll partner closely with the Art Director and Social Media team to create content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Portfolio required: Please be prepared to share a portfolio or social media account with 8-10 examples of relevant work. Responsibilities * Develop and present ideas for graphics and animated content aligned with the channel's brand * Create original and IP-based content optimized for social media * Graphic design work including digital banners, icons, typography, and logo lockups * Design title cards, lower thirds, and visual elements for YouTube and video content * Repurpose existing artwork across formats and platforms * Use performance analytics and insights to inform creative decisions * Collaborate with the broader social media team and follow established workflows and brand guidelines MustHave Qualifications * Graphic Design experience: 3+ years (strong typography and design fundamentals required) * Adobe Creative Suite: 3+ years * After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator required * Premiere is a plus * Social Media fluency: 3+ years working with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook/Meta, Reddit, Discord, Twitch, etc. * Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of styles NicetoHave Skills * Illustration skills * Experience with ClickUp (project management) * Compositing or rotoscoping experience * 3D skills (e.g., Blender) * Experience working with adult animation content * Familiarity with Adult Swim shows and fan culture * Knowledge of online culture, gaming, animation, and anime Soft Skills That Matter * Strong awareness of culture and emerging trends in content and storytelling * Ability to clearly present concepts and execute projects endtoend * Comfortable incorporating feedback from multiple stakeholders * Can distinguish between projects that require strict art direction vs. creative interpretation * Selfstarter who thrives in a fastpaced environment with tight turnarounds * Excellent time management and adaptability Technology Requirements * Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and related tools * Strong understanding of social media platforms, specs, and delivery formats * Familiarity with emerging and current online communities (e.g., Reddit, Discord) Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.
