Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Ignition Developer with strong hands-on experience in building and supporting MES solutions using Inductive Automation Ignition. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain Ignition-based MES applications. * Develop Python scripts, event scripts, and gateway scripts to support MES functionality. * Configure and manage Ignition tags, alarms, historians, and transactions. * Implement and support Ignition MES modules such as Production, Quality, Downtime, Track & Trace, OEE Dashboards and Reports. * Work in a Build & Run model, supporting both new MES launches and steady-state operations. Required Skills & Experience * 7+ years of experience in MES / manufacturing application development. * Strong hands-on expertise in Inductive Automation Ignition, including: o Vision and/or Perspective; Python scripting; Gateway configuration; Tags, alarms, historian * Experience implementing Ignition MES/ Sepasoft modules. * Experience with MS SQL, REST APIs, MQTT, or web services. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
