CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST JOB DESCRIPTION: Anestablishedcompany, is investing in a bright and talented person to help us to provide great service to our customers. We are actively hiring aCustomer Support Specialistto interact with customers and vendors, prepare quotes, write up jobs, work with project managers, drivers, and field staff to ensure that work is scheduled and completed as directed. You have the ability to maintain a professional demeanor while fostering friendly relationships with clients and colleagues. You manage pressure well and can keep calm in challenging situations. You are flexible and enjoy environments where you can pivot and respond to changing priorities. FACTORS FOR SUCCESS: 2+ years of related business experience College degree and/or equivalent experience preferred Resourceful self-starter who is interested in researching answers to questions from available information. Analytical skills and ability to think outside the box Organizational and time management skills Motivation and ability to learn new concepts quickly and adapt to a changing environment Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills PAY: Starting hourly rate will be $23.00 - $28.00 per hour based on your experience.
