About the opportunity
The Associate Director, Logistics, Planning & Warehouse Management is responsible for leading site-level production planning, materials management, warehouse operations, and logistics activities. You own execution of the site supply chain strategy, balancing service, cost, inventory, quality, and risk, while ensuring alignment with regional and global priorities. You partner closely across Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, Sales, and Product/Marketing stakeholders to drive an effective S&OP rhythm, strengthen OTIF performance, and accelerate digital, data-driven decision-making. If you thrive in regulated, fast-paced manufacturing environments and love building capable teams, this role offers visible impact and strategic influence.
Your tasks include
  • Lead and continuously improve site production planning, materials management, procurement support, warehouse operations, and logistics execution.
  • Own the site supply chain strategy and translate business objectives into demand, supply, capacity, and inventory plans (including S&OP participation).
  • Drive forecasting and planning governance with cross-functional partners to align material plans with demand and service commitments.
  • Direct warehouse and logistics performance: capacity and layout planning, labor strategy, freight management, and 3PL oversight.
  • Improve OTIF and optimize logistics and warehousing costs through KPI management, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Oversee manufacturing scheduling, shop order generation, and production master data accuracy (BOMs, routings, and related data).
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, strengthen business continuity plans, and support NPI and product transfer activities.
Your profile
  • Minimum of 10 years of people leadership in a technical, operations, or manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum of 10 years of supply chain experience, ideally spanning production planning, logistics/transportation, warehousing, and materials management.
  • Preferred: APICS (CPIM/CSCP), Lean Six Sigma, PMP, and/or experience with cleanroom/controlled environments and standards such as FDA, ISO 13485, GDP/GLP/GMP.
  • Demonstrate success delivering results in complex, regulated, and fast-paced settings with strong stakeholder influence at senior levels.
  • Have hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems and strong knowledge of inventory management and planning processes.
  • Apply strong analytical skills to turn data into decisions (forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service levels, cost, master data accuracy, obsolescence).
  • Communicate professionally and clearly in English (written and verbal) and work confidently with cross-functional/global partners.
