Required Summary The MIL Corporation is seeking a Training Environment Systems Administrator (Systems Administration, Senior Associate) to support a Federal Government client at our Patuxent River, MD location. The Systems Administrator will interface with Training Systems IPT Leadership, support contractors and training system users. This role is primarily responsible for ensuring that all activities within the MST (Mission Systems Trainer) Enclosure comply with Department of Defense (DoD) or program-specific security protocols. The primary mission is to keep the MCS (Mission Control System) and MST (Mission Systems Trainer) hardware and software fully functional so the user-base can conduct daily simulation-based training without technical delays. This position currently requires an on-site schedule and is eligible for a Compressed Work Schedule (CWS). Schedule is subject to change based on organizational/personnel needs. Responsibilities

Education Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education and/or advanced certification. Clearance All applicants for this position must possess a current Top-Secret clearance and be able to obtain a Top-Secret/SCI clearance; please note that the clearance process considers financial background aspects. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL's complete compensation package.
