Description
This is a 12 hour varied shift RN position that is Casual status also known as Per Diem in the PACU department at Mercy Chula Vista. The minimum availability requirement is one shift per month. There is also possible weekend and call shifts. The training schedule would initially be full time before moving into casual status. Join our team an RN in the Recovery Room where you will provide patient care assessments, plan and implement a plan of care and evaluate patients' progress towards expected outcomes. The RN will take primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team. Work collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.
