Lab and Radiology Department We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our Lab and Radiology Department as a full-time receptionist. This role is essential to ensuring smooth daily operations by providing front-line support to patients and staff in a clinical setting. Key Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients for laboratory, radiology, ultrasound, and X-ray appointments. Accurately enter and release lab, radiology, and ultrasound orders in the system. Rotate between various responsibilities, including: Front desk reception Call center support (Lab/Radiology phone room) Scheduling appointments and managing patient inquiries over the phone Maintain clear communication with patients and clinical staff to ensure efficient appointment flow and service delivery. Uphold patient confidentiality and follow all clinic policies and procedures. The Reception Team Staff - Clinic position is responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support activities including answering the telephone (serving as back up to nurse and practitioner phone lines), directing and checking in of patients and other customers properly, scheduling appointments, answering general questions, collecting fees, and organizing the desk. The incumbent works under the general supervision and review of the Reception Team Supervisor.
