What Makes This Role Great: In this role, you will be the linchpin between internal operations and external partners, serving as the strategic "Voice of the Customer" to directly influence product roadmaps and drive revenue growth across our Field Systems and AECO segments. Key Exciting Responsibilities: * Formalize a Voice of the Customer feedback loop by translating site visit data into prioritized feature requests for Product Management. * Spearhead strategic growth by identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within key accounts and dealer networks. * Mastermind data integrity and reporting workflows to provide senior leadership with critical insights on customer purchase trends. * Architect innovative sales assets and materials that translate technical product updates into high-impact tools for our partners. * Audit and automate sales processes to eliminate bottlenecks and enhance efficiency for the global sales team. Essential Skills & Experience: * You possess a strategic mindset with proven analytical skills and hands-on experience using data visualization tools like Qliksense, Domo, or Tableau. * You are a natural relationship builder with the communication skills necessary to collaborate with dealer partners and internal executive stakeholders. * You thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrating strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail regarding data integrity. Bonus Points For: * Experience working within the industrial technology or software sectors. * A Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, or Sales. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
