Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, loading docks, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as required by site policies, and report access concerns, operational issues, and/or suspicious behavior observed during patrol activities.
• Support daily location operations by assisting with traffic flow, checking doors and gates, noting maintenance or housekeeping concerns, and following post orders for after-hours and emergency situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
