Are you a seasoned change management expert ready to make a significant impact on how a large-scale retail organization empowers its people? We are seeking a visionary Change Management Lead to drive the successful adoption of critical HR systems and processes, shaping the employee experience across all operational landscapes. In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of smooth transitions, ensuring that every employee understands, embraces, and effectively utilizes new HR tools and workflows. Your work will directly contribute to enhanced operational efficiency, a superior employee experience, and the achievement of vital business outcomes across all sites.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead and execute multiple complex and/or critical cross-functional HR change initiatives simultaneously, including the implementation of new programs, processes, and technologies, to drive adoption and sustainment.

* Create and deliver project and change management strategies aligned to business performance objectives to drive adoption of strategic HR initiatives.

* Collaborate with HR Project Managers and act as a project coordinator and change manager leader for various large-scale HR projects and processes from inception to closure, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and meeting quality criteria.

* Manage existing and create and deploy relevant change tools to drive adoption based on scope of change.

* Provide an enterprise view of capacity for change and outline plans to align timing with other change impacts for stakeholders.

* Lead production of project charters with business sponsor(s) and stakeholder(s); identify change impacts; create change plans to facilitate change to future state with relevant stakeholders; and ensure timely identification and mitigation of risks and issues.

* Implement project and change scorecards and leverage organizational data to create predictive change recommendations to project teams.

* Develop and maintain project plans and timelines; identify and manage risk, scope, and change management needed. Consider the impact on the organization and tailor needs to the program implementation and impact, considering the needs of diverse audiences from hourly to executive across corporate, distribution centers, and retail environments.

* Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify impacts; align with HR to define role/responsibility clarity and people impacts to work as well as the skills required to accomplish the work.

* Oversee and manage project and change management tracking tools and dashboards, including the creation and maintenance of executive-level reporting.

* Oversee the development and delivery of targeted training programs to equip employees and HR teams with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively utilize new HR systems and adapt to updated processes.

* Support organizational design and the definition of roles and responsibilities within HR and across operational teams as new HR systems and processes are implemented.

* Evaluate and ensure user readiness across all employee groups (retail, corporate, distribution centers), managing stakeholders throughout the HR change lifecycle and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 3+ years of progressive experience in HR Project Management; Certified Project Management certification preferred.

* Experience creating and implementing assessments, stakeholder management plans, change implementation plans, communications materials, project and change scorecards and readiness assessments, and learning materials to support design and delivery.

* Demonstrated track record of success in effectively counseling and advising business leaders in a collaborative way to achieve project and change success.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail and accuracy.

* Strong change management experience and skills, including the ability to manage resistance to change and promote adoption of new processes and tools.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

* Experience with HR systems, including HRIS, payroll, time & attendance, and applicant tracking systems.

* Ability to manage competing priorities, work on simultaneous projects, and flex and adjust in a fast-paced, fluid environment.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* 3-5 years of experience in HR-related Change Management.

* Knowledge of specific HR technology modules is a plus.

* Proficiency with modern collaboration and productivity tools.
