Position: Associate Director, Marketing-Health Systems

Location:Palo Alto, CA (On-Site)

Length:6-12 Month Contract

Job Description:

Leads strategy and execution of marketing initiatives for health systems and IDNs. Focuses on account-based marketing, stakeholder engagement, and driving adoption of product solutions across complex provider organizations. Partners closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access and SAMs.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute health system-focused marketing and ABM strategies
  • Partner with Sales and SAMs to prioritize accounts and drive pipeline growth
  • Create tailored messaging and assets for clinical stakeholders
  • Translate customer insights into segmentation and targeted campaigns
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align clinical, economic, and product narratives
  • Enable field teams with tools and support key account engagements
  • Track performance and optimize based on data-driven insights


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with teams
  • Experience creating targeted messaging and campaigns for clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate customer insights into actionable marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
