Description and Requirements

The ideal candidate brings experience in the enterprise data center market, with a solid understanding of Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI), storage, and virtualization technologies, and a passion for translating complex technical capabilities into clear customer value and sales-ready messaging.

Key Responsibilities:


Product Management & Portfolio Ownership

  • Own assigned ThinkAgile products across the full lifecycle: strategy, roadmap definition, launch, and end-of-life management
  • Develop and maintain clear product positioning, value propositions, and competitive differentiation
  • Partner closely with engineering, supply chain, marketing, sales, and finance to deliver successful product outcomes
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics within the HCI and storage segments
  • Support business cases, pricing strategies, and portfolio simplification initiatives

Drive Enablement for ThinkAgile

  • Lead enablement strategy for ThinkAgile offerings, ensuring internal and external teams are confident and effective in positioning solutions
  • Create and maintain high-quality enablement assets
  • Deliver sales and partner training sessions, both live and virtual, across regions in partnership with geography counterparts
  • Act as a subject-matter expert for field escalations, customer briefings, and executive engagements
  • Partner with marketing and alliance teams to support launches, campaigns, and partner motions

Cross-Functional & Partner Collaboration

  • Work closely with alliance partners and ISVs to align messaging and solution positioning
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure consistent execution while accommodating local market needs
  • Serve as a trusted voice of the customer within internal product and strategy discussions


Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or technical enablement
  • Strong understanding of enterprise data center infrastructure, including HCI and storage concepts
  • Experience translating technical capabilities into customer-focused value propositions
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with comfort engaging both technical and executive audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) or software-defined infrastructure portfolios
  • Familiarity with enterprise virtualization and cloud stacks such as VMware, Microsoft, or Nutanix (nice to have, not required)
  • Experience supporting global sales organizations and partner ecosystems
  • Background working with OEM, infrastructure, or enterprise IT vendors
