Overview Design, develop, and support enterprise-scale Pega applications with a strong emphasis on Customer Decision Hub (CDH), data ingestion, analytics, and cloud-based integrations. Serve as a senior technical contributor and subject matter expert, working under minimal supervision to deliver scalable, high-performance Pega solutions that support decisioning, automation, and digital engagement capabilities. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement enterprise-level Pega solutions using Pega Platform and Customer Decision Hub (CDH). Build and customize Pega components including data pages, data sets, data flows, activities, UI rules, reports, and job schedulers. Design and implement data ingestion, ETL, extraction, archival, and transformation strategies. Create and maintain REST/SOAP APIs, services, and connectors between Pega and external systems. Integrate digital data from internal and external sources to support analytics and decisioning. Perform advanced debugging, performance tuning, and root cause analysis using Pega tools. Develop reusable, secure, and scalable Pega rules following guardrails and best practices. Provide day-to-day operational and production support, including incident and change management. Support DevOps and release management activities including packaging and deployment. Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical standards and documentation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5-7 years of experience in application or software development. Pega Certified Senior System Architect (Must). Pega Certified Lead System Architect (Desired). Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (Desired). Strong experience with Pega 8.x, Customer Decision Hub (CDH), and Pega Cloud (Infinity 24.x). Hands-on experience with data ingestion, data modeling, ETL, and SQL (PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.) within Pega. Experience with REST/SOAP services, integrations, and cloud platforms such as AWS. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on complex systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
