Here's what it takes to succeed with us.

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferred
• Ability to operate or learn forklift equipment (training provided)
• Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse systems a plus
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, climb, and move for 8-hour shifts
• Lift and carry 20-50 lbs regularly
• Use ladders and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and process orders using RF scanners and pick tickets
• Prepare shipments and verify accuracy of products and documentation
• Load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the warehouse
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory in proper locations
• Perform cycle counts and inventory verification
• Label and stage products for shipment
• Maintain accurate paperwork and system transactions
• Support shipping, receiving, and other warehouse functions as needed
• Communicate with team members, drivers, and vendors to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
