Do you enjoy solving complex business challenges and shaping strategic decisions that drive organizational success? Spectrum is seeking an experienced Sr Business Analyst to assess operations, deliver actionable insights and support innovative solutions across business units. Your expertise in data analysis and process improvement will help optimize our business functions and advance Spectrum's goals.

This position is in an office environment with a hybrid work schedule. Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate business operations and propose solutions that align functions with organizational objectives
  • Interpret organizational structure, policies and operations to recommend enhancements for business processes and planning
  • Compile and analyze complex data to assess current and future operations, presenting findings to support business change strategies
  • Develop clear reports, charts and presentations to communicate recommendations and strategies
  • Estimate project phases and elements, including personnel requirements and costs, to support planning and execution
  • Analyze market dynamics and external data sources to identify trends and deliver actionable insights to management
  • Suggest improvements that leverage new technology or alternative uses of existing technology to strengthen business outcomes

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
    Experience
  • 5+ years of business analysis or related experience

Skills

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and handle multiple projects and priorities effectively
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Ability to quickly identify business challenges and opportunities
  • Ability to communicate clearly with management and team members
  • Proficient with software applications such as Word and Excel
