Warehouse Technician

Receiving Clerk 1st Shift- Manitowoc, WI

We have an opportunity for a Receiving Clerk to join our Manitowoc, WI team. You will be responsible for verifying inbound shipments-including raw materials, indirect, and MRO items-from the Manitowoc facility. This role involves direct interaction with truck drivers and ensuring the accuracy of shipment documentation and labeling. The position will also assist with auditing export shipments to confirm correct labels, markings, and country-of-origin information.

You will:

• Receive shipments, raw materials, indirect & MRO, etc.
• Directly interact with truck and parcel delivery drivers
• Verifying accuracy of shipment documentation and labeling
• Assist in auditing export shipments for accuracy of labels, markings, origins, etc.
• Participate in the Safety Management Program
• Interact with Inside Sales regarding customer shipments.
• Maintain freight compliance in unloading materials to ensure conformance to standards.
• ERP system experience, Oracle, preferred.

Key Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• 4+ years of previous warehouse receiving and warehouse experience preferred.
• Accurately read, count, weigh and measure.
• ERP system experience, Oracle preferred.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Regularly lift 40 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds and have the ability to use lift equipment.

Shift/Hours:

• 1st shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday

Compensation:

The hourly pay for this role is: $25.05 - $28.05/hr. DOE. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
