About the Role

Snowflake is seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market strategy and execution with our Global and Regional Systems Integrator and Cloud Provider partners across the Public Sector. This role will develop and scale joint marketing programs that accelerate pipeline generation and revenue growth within Federal/DoD, State & Local Government, Education and Intelligence Community segments.

You will serve as the strategic marketing liaison between Snowflake and our most critical public sector partners, building & aligning joint value propositions, co-marketing investments, and campaign execution to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end partner marketing strategy and execution for Global and Regional SI and Cloud Provider partnerships (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, GDIT, IBM, Accenture Federal Services, Deloitte, Booz Allen Hamilton etc) across all public sector verticals.

  • Work with partner sales on campaigns to scale the Public Sector business through Carahsoft and government resellers

  • Create compelling joint value propositions and solution messaging that resonates with Federal, State & Local, Education, Healthcare, and Intelligence Community buyers.

  • Develop and manage joint go-to-market plans with partners, including campaign strategy, content development, demand generation programs, and event activations tailored to public sector audiences.

  • Plan and execute partner presence at key public sector industry events (e.g., AWS re:Invent , AWS Public Sector Summit, Microsoft Government Forum etc ).

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Public Sector sales leadership, field marketing, product marketing, and partner alliances teams to ensure alignment on priorities and pipeline targets.

  • Build and maintain relationships with partner marketing counterparts at GSIs and Cloud Providers to expand co-marketing opportunities and joint storytelling.

  • Develop partner-facing and customer-facing assets including case studies, solution briefs, webinars, blog posts, and reference architectures that highlight joint public sector solutions.

  • Maximize co-funded marketing programs (MDF/PDF) while tracking ROI through detailed reporting on pipeline influence and sourced revenue

  • Stay current on public sector trends, compliance requirements (FedRAMP, ITAR, IL levels), and competitive dynamics to inform partner marketing strategy.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in partner marketing, alliance marketing, or channel marketing, with at least 3 years focused on the public sector.

  • Demonstrated experience managing marketing relationships with GSIs (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, Booz Allen, GDIT etc) and/or Cloud Providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).

  • Strong understanding of the public sector buyer journey, procurement cycles, and compliance landscape across Federal, State & Local, Education, and Healthcare segments.

  • Proficiency in orchestrating AI-driven marketing workflows (e.g., AI agents, automated lead routing) to scale co-marketing initiatives and streamline partner performance reporting

  • Proven track record of developing and executing co-marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously across partner ecosystems.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging for technical and executive public sector audiences.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience marketing data, analytics, AI/ML, or cloud infrastructure solutions to the public sector.

  • Familiarity with FedRAMP, StateRAMP, IL4/IL5, and other government security and compliance frameworks.

  • Prior experience at a high-growth enterprise SaaS or cloud company.

  • Experience working with Intelligence Community partners and programs.

  • Understanding of government contract vehicles (GSA, SWEP etc) and how they influence marketing and demand generation strategies.

  • Existing relationships with partner marketing teams at AWS Public Sector, Microsoft Federal, Google Public Sector, or major GSIs to including Deloitte, AFS/Accenture, IBM/Hakkoda, GDIT and more.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $156,000 - $204,700.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
