Summary Job Description: Baptist Health is looking for an Estimates Coordinator to join our team in Louisville, KY This coordinator is responsible for helping patients understand their health care costs by completing estimates prior to point of service, within periods guided by regulation. Team member will provide estimates for hospital (BHS) or provider (BHMG) performed services. Upon request, estimates for services provided as a downstream provider will also be estimated. Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent * One year previous insurance experience. One year customer service experience. * Comfortable with commonly used computer applications. * Must type 40-45 wpm.
