TEKsystems is seeking a Data Quality Analyst to support a critical compliance initiative for the Hawaii Department of Human Services (DHS), for one of their medical divisions. This special project supports one of the federal budget bills and is essential to maintaining full federal Medicaid funding. The analyst will verify lawful presence for individuals enrolled in state-funded healthcare using Hawaii's Medicaid system, KOLEA. Skills computer aptitude, ability to follow complex procedures, compliance, customer service Additional Skills & Qualifications Key Responsibilities Log into the State of Hawaii Medicaid system (KOLEA) to review enrollee records Verify lawful presence documentation for state-funded healthcare members Process and advance cases through the system queue to "federally verified" status Ensure data accuracy and compliance with federal and state requirements Meet strict deadlines to support statewide compliance Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Intermediate computer skills (data entry, system navigation, basic troubleshooting) Ability to follow detailed procedures and work with sensitive information Reliable home workspace suitable for remote work Must reside on Oahu, Hawaii Work Environment Onsite Day 1: Report to the DHS office in Kapolei to retrieve equipment 100% Remote thereafter Additional Details High-visibility, mission-critical project for the State of Hawaii Federal compliance required to protect Medicaid funding Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Honolulu, HI.
