Description Management/Leadership Summary: The Manager of Development leads all fundraising efforts for Lincoln Hospital in Damariscotta and oversees the development program. In collaboration with and supervision of development staff, this role is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and soliciting gifts from individuals, corporations, and foundations; researching potential grant opportunities and preparing grant proposals; and maintaining and enhancing annual fundraising initiatives. Working closely with the President, the Director of Marketing and Communications, and the development team, the Manager of Development connects regional donors with the organization's key initiatives and funding priorities. Success in this role is measured by the ability to generate revenue beyond historical fundraising levels, including the Annual Fund, Tufts Program Fund, major gifts, and planned giving. Annual fundraising goals and performance targets will be established across all giving categories. This position is based in the Coastal Region.
