Introduction to the JobASML US is seeking Ethics, Privacy and AI Officer to manage complex and sensitive ethics investigations, elevate the company's speak-up culture, and oversee end-to-end ethics case management. The role will also lead US privacy compliance operations, interpret and operationalize evolving state privacy laws alongside global GDPR requirements, and drive meaningful governance, training, and risk mitigation initiatives. This role reports to the US Head of Ethics, Compliance, and Employment and is central to strengthening ASML's culture of integrity, ensuring operational excellence in compliance programs, and enabling responsible, sustainable business growth. This position is based in Chandler, Arizona. Relocation is available. The position requires onsite presence to attend in-person training, meetings and events and to ensure teamwork, collaboration and innovation. A flexible workplace arrangement, up to two days' work from home per week, is available. Domestic and international travel as required.
