Job Title: Contracts Manager Location: 8940 Tyler Blvd. Mentor, OH 44060 - Onsite Shift: 1st Duration: Direct Hire Pay Rate: $120k to $122k annually with full benefits Notes: Aerospace/Defense/Manufacturing Domain Required Must have strong experience with new contract awards and negotiation. Must have knowledge of export compliance principles. Must have a Bachelor's Degree or higher with minimum 7 years of relevant contract management experience in manufacturing/aerospace environment. Must be comfortable in relocating own. Summary We are seeking a Customer-Facing Contracts Manager to lead contract development, negotiation, and administration across aerospace and manufacturing programs. This role supports both Mentor, OH and Moncks Corner, SC sites and focuses heavily on New Product Introduction (NPI), complex contract negotiations, and strategic customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Lead contract development, negotiation, and administration for moderate to complex programs Manage new awards, term and conditions, and product-specific agreements Review and interpret NDAs and contractual documents Partner with internal teams to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and execution of contract requirements Support export compliance requirements and regulatory adherence Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (MBA/JD preferred) 7+ years of contract management experience (manufacturing/aerospace preferred) Strong experience with new contract awards and negotiation Knowledge of export compliance principles Experience in manufacturing environments (not services) Strong understanding of contract law, risk management, and financial principles
