SUMMARY:
Leads tank welders on Path Robotics projects as well as welds metal components together using a variety of arc welding processes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned.)

Employee must qualify within 90 days of hire in the weld processes he/she will be performing. Qualification per WWI-102. LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversees and leads welders in the Power Products division. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Reports any problems and issues that arise to the Weld Supervisor and/or Fabrication Manager. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: One-year Technical Diploma; three to five years related experience and/or training and a High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
