As a Recruiter on our team, you'll partner closely with clients to deliver high-quality hiring solutions while ensuring every candidate has a positive experience. What You'll Do
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand role requirements, market trends, and talent needs.
- Create and execute sourcing strategies using ATS tools, resume databases, social media, and professional networking platforms.
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure strong matches and guide them through each stage of the hiring process.
- Communicate clearly with candidates-sharing updates, setting expectations, and presenting opportunities in a compelling way.
- Support hiring leaders with interview coordination, feedback, and competitive job offer recommendations.
- Negotiate and close offers while addressing potential counter offers to secure the best talent.
- Track and share progress through regular, data-driven reports.
- Recommend improvements to processes and practices, helping us deliver consistent, excellent results.
- Travel occasionally for client meetings, team events, or training sessions as needed.
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of recruiting experience in corporate, agency, or RPO environments.
- Strong sourcing skills, including experience with ATS platforms, resume databases, and social recruiting.
- Solid understanding of HR principles, compliance, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication skills-you can influence, advise, and engage at all levels.
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills for tracking and presenting recruiting metrics.
- Problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field strongly preferred.
