Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to an armed post at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and escalating concerns through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the banking location, including lobby areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, as working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and/or vendor activity to help support authorized entry procedures and help to deter suspicious or unauthorized behavior.
• Support cash-handling and other sensitive operational activities with a visible armed presence, following post orders and reporting unusual conditions, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Possess a valid armed guard card and/or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
