If you're organized, dependable, and enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, this MRO Crib Attendant role offers an excellent opportunity to support critical operations inside an automotive manufacturing facility. As a key part of the warehouse and inventory team, you'll help ensure materials are received, tracked, and delivered efficiently to keep production moving.

Hours and Pay



  • Pay Rate: $19.14 per hour
  • Schedule: 2nd Shift, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
  • Overtime: Required, including weekends as needed

Daily Responsibilities



  • Receive, store, and distribute MRO (non-production) materials within the crib area
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP systems
  • Perform cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy
  • Fill internal orders and disburse materials to maintenance and operations teams
  • Load and unload trucks using fork trucks and material handling equipment (MHE)
  • Operate equipment such as forklifts and shuttle carts
  • Pack, count, and organize incoming and outgoing materials
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the crib area
  • Provide responsive customer support to internal teams


Requirements



  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
  • Ability to operate or learn to operate fork trucks (PIV equipment)
  • Ability to lift 20-30 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
