About the Role

We are seeking an Operator 2, BakeryPacking to join our team at our Swedesboro, NJ bakery location. As an Operator 2,you will be accountable for supporting daily packaging operations by ensuring products are packed accurately, safely, and in compliance with quality, food safety, and regulatory standards while contributing to efficient line performance in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.

• Shift: 2nd
• Hours: 2PM - 10:30PM
• Weekend availability: Required

• Hourly Rate: $21

Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)

• 
  
  Execute packaging, labeling, palletizing, and case assembly operations to meet daily production plans
  
  
• 
  
  Operate packaging equipment and support basic adjustments and changeovers
  
  
• 
  
  Ensure product quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance through inspections and monitoring
  
  
• 
  
  Verify accuracy of labels, lot codes, barcodes, dates, and packaging documentation
  
  
• 
  
  Complete required production, quality, and inventory records accurately and on time
  
  
• 
  
  Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with GMP and safety standards
  
  
• 
  
  Collaborate with supervisors, QA, maintenance, and teammates to support efficient operations
  
  

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

• 
  
  High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
  
  
• 
  
  Minimum 2 yearsof manufacturing or packaging experience
  
  
• 
  
  Ability to read and follow production schedules, safety rules, and work instructions
  
  
• 
  
  Basic math skills (whole numbers, fractions, decimals)
  
  
• 
  
  Basic computer skills and ability to learn company systems
  
  
• 
  
  Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral and written)
  
  
• 
  
  Ability to perform physical job requirements, including standing for extended periods and lifting with assistance
