Project Manager

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Complex project management experience
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
• Strong understanding of project scope, planning, execution, and risk management
• Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to develop and manage project budgets and resources
• PMI certification is preferred
• Knowledge of the financial services sector is a plus
• Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop project teams

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with change management planning, design, and implementation
• Vendor management and performance monitoring experience
• Familiarity with additional project management tools and software
• Knowledge of industry trends and current best practices in project delivery

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Finance, or related fields; advanced degrees are a plus
• Experience leading complex projects, preferably within financial services
