The Senior Vice President/Director, Recruiting Transformation will lead the redesign and modernization of recruiting and assessment processes to deliver better speed, quality, and cost outcomes through more consistent, scalable execution. This role will be responsible for driving a simplified, standardized, and more transparent recruiting experience across the talent acquisition lifecycle. The individual will play a critical leadership role in elevating selection and assessment practices, including strengthening the evaluation of priority capabilities such as AI and product skills. By improving process design, operating discipline, and enabling effective adoption of AI, this leader will help increase recruiter productivity, reduce time-to-fill and agency spend, improve funnel visibility, and enhance both hiring leader and candidate experience. Qualifications
BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $104,000 and $200,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. | |
