- Facilitate process mapping, root-cause analysis, and workflow redesign using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Establish KPIs, performance dashboards, and operational scorecards to measure and monitor effectiveness.
- Partner with business units to identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement best practices.
- Drive change management efforts to ensure adoption and long-term sustainability of improvements.
- Data Analytics & Management
- Oversee the facilities department data strategy, ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and actionable.
- Implement and maintain data governance frameworks, including data quality standards, stewardship models, and compliance protocols.

- Ensure data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance in partnership with legal and technology teams.
- Leadership & Collaboration

- All key initiatives and functions are delivered in close partnership with IT, Leadership, and Facilities teams, ensuring alignment with broader technology standards, avoiding duplication, and leveraging existing expertise and resources.
- Communicate insights, progress, and recommendations to executive leadership through presentations and strategic reports.
- Champion a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
