About The Position The Project Manager manages large engineering & construction projects for Ameren Illinois. The Project Manager is responsible for the development, integration, and implementation of project plans for assigned projects and is responsible for the successful completion and operational integration of large-scale, multi-million dollar projects.Reporting location is dependent on Successful Candidate (must be within the Ameren Illinois Operating Area and is dependent upon site availability) Key responsibilities include:
*Technical career path level depends upon applicant's credentials Specific details will be provided to qualified candidates.* In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate: Knowledge and experience with project management processes and tools preferred. General understanding of utility operations preferred. Proficiency with utilizing Microsoft Excel, in particular pivot tables, to perform project financial analysis. Excellent leadership and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively with competing priorities and stressful situations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Additional Information Ameren's selection process includes a series of interviews and may include a leadership assessment process. Specific details will be provided to qualified candidates.Compensation Range: $72,000.00 - $204,400.00* This pay range encompasses multiple levels of the role. Career level and compensation depends upon applicant's credentials. At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
