Position Summary: The Director, Materials Planning & Logistics (MP&L) - Industrial Power Business is a senior leadership role within Methode Electronics' global Supply Chain organization. Reporting to the Vice President, Materials Planning & Logistics, this role is responsible for leading the end-to-end planning, inventory, and logistics strategy for Methode's rapidly expanding Global Industrial Power business. This leader will drive operational excellence across MRP planning, supplier delivery performance, inventory optimization, production planning, and logistics execution, ensuring alignment with business growth, customer delivery commitments, and financial objectives; and will collaborate with customers, suppliers, and teams from Business development, Program Management, Operations and Customer Service to profitably execute the sales growth in this key business sector. As part of the Global MP&L leadership team, the Director will partner with other MP&L leaders and play a key role in advancing Methode's global supply chain transformation, including the deployment of standardized planning processes, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and integrated digital supply chain systems. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
