Associate Current Business Delivery Manager

We are now looking for an Associate Current Business Delivery Manager to join our Middleton team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of execution, cross-functional coordination, and product portfolio management-and who enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to a fast-moving business.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide hands-on executional support and tactical leadership across a cross-category product portfolio. You will ensure our existing business runs smoothly while enabling continuous improvement and commercial success.

You will:

  • Drive and support key performance indicators across the cross-category portfolio
  • Initiate item setup and product modification processes, including change notices
  • Lead or support supplier transfer projects and product/packaging changes
  • Manage annual SKU rationalization and price list updates
  • Support development and maintenance of sell sheets, catalogs, and sales/training materials
  • Coordinate product samples and ensure accurate organization and system data integrity
  • Support competitive product testing and summarize insights to inform decisions
  • Maintain and continuously improve SOPs and day-to-day operational processes
  • Partner cross-functionally to execute product development programs and timelines
  • Support portfolio planning and analysis to help define how we win in the marketplace
  • Stay connected to market, consumer, retail, and macro trends to inform strategy

What you bring

Education & Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required

Experience

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, product management, new product development, or sales (consumer products preferred)
  • Experience in related categories is a plus

Skills

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and systems mindset
  • Collaborative communicator who works well across teams
  • Curiosity about market trends, competition, and product performance
  • Strong English communication skills required
