As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Agent in Burr Ridge, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, observe building systems and access points, and report maintenance, life property, and/or security-related issues according to site procedures.
• Support daily property operations by assisting with visitor directions, monitoring vendor and contractor activity, and completing assigned reports, logs, and/or incident documentation in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
