Position Details: Must have at least 6 months prefer 1 years RN experience. Unit Information: Inpatient Pediatrics 7p-7a, rotational weekends/holidays Incentives: New Grad $5,000 Sign On Bonus 1-2 years' RN experience Sign On Bonus $13,000 3-4 years' RN experience Sign On Bonus $15,000 5+ years' RN experience Sign On Bonus $20,000 Education Assistance: Up to $20,000 Loan Forgiveness for new grad nurses Tuition Reimbursement up to $2,000 per year $3000 Relocation Assistance for full time only Weekend Differential Shift Differential for qualifying hours between 3pm-7am Weekend Option Days: WEO rates + weekend differential Weekend Option Nights: WEO rates + weekend differential + straight night shift differential New Increased Weekend Option Differential: $10.00 RN Day-One comprehensive medical, dental & vision insurance PTO/Vacation Time Frontload Up to 80 Hours for Experienced RNs for full time only Employer-Matched Retirement Funds Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program. Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements. Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire. Physical requirements/demands: Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties Why Mercy?
