Job Description:

• The Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily dispatch operations, staffperformance, scheduling, and communication systems to ensure efficient and effective support of hospitaloperations and emergency response.
• This role provides direct supervision of dispatch staff, ensurescompliance with hospital policies, and supports emergency preparedness efforts.
• Oversee all dispatch and communication center operations
• Manage dispatch systems and applications (Omnigo, Avigilon, Everbridge, etc.)

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• One Year Relevant Experience
• Valid Drivers License
• Must Obtain Everbridge Certifications within 90 days of hire.
• Must obtain Aegis Certification (De-escalation) within 6 months of
  hire.
• Must obtain ICS 100 & 200 within 6 months of hire.

Preferred Requirements:

• Previous experience in Healthcare Security
• Previous experience in emergency communication dispatch
• Previous experience in Law Enforcement
• Previous experience in Emergency Management
• Experience with CCTV/Access Control Systems
• Experience with emergency response protocols/procedures
• Experience with alert and emergency notification systems
