Overview The Sun Rose is an intimate, luxury music venue on the Sunset Strip known for its elevated guest experience and world-class performances. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Front of House & Artist Hospitality Manager to oversee guest services, artist hospitality, and box office operations.This role is essential to delivering a seamless, high-touch experience for both guests and artists-from soundcheck until the end of each performance. Pre-Show Setup & Room Readiness - Oversee full room setup prior to each show - Ensure alignment between ticketing, floor plan, guest list and FOH execution - Coordinate with service staff and AV staff to ensure readiness for doors - Ensure the room is set to luxury standards prior to doors Front of House & Guest Experience - Oversee all hostess/guest check-in operations during shows, ensuring a polished and welcoming environment - Manage seating flow, table assignments, and guest accommodations - Uphold venue policies with professionalism - Handle guest lists, comps, VIP check-ins and seating arrangements - Manage Box Office / Front of House Day of show - Serve as point of contact for seating/ticketing issues - Reconcile guest count at end of night - Communicate guest needs/concerns with F&B team Artist Hospitality & Green Room Management - Serve as the primary venue liaison on show days for artist/artist team - Coordinate and execute artist hospitality needs, including green room setup - Support artist teams with drink tickets, parking comps, VIP guests Qualifications - 3-5+ year's experience in hospitality, live events, or music venues - Strong understanding of luxury guest service standards - Experience with ticketing platforms and seating management - Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Calm, solutions-oriented, and professional under pressure - Ability to work nights, weekends, and flexible hours Compensation Salary Range: $50.00 - $50.00 Hourly Tipped/Service Charge Eligible?
