Insurance Servicing Agent

• Responds to billing and coverage inquiries and proof of insurance requests
• Respond to underwriting information requests on in-force policies
• Resolve complex billing issues by following up with insurance carrier
• Assess members' insurance needs and educate members on insurance policies and coverage options in order to identify cross sell and referral opportunities
• Conduct policy reviews on in-force policies and advise on additional coverages and policies as needed
• Maintain up-to-date electronic client files in compliance with agency and regulatory requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the Insurance industry
• Ability to organize, analyze and interpret data to reach sound decisions and guide clients based on individual risk tolerances
• Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to independently prioritize workload and meet deadlines
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Up to date knowledge of insurance industry trends, products/services, procedures and policies
• Proficiency with basic to complex mathematical calculations
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Certification/License: Property & Casualty license required, Life & Health license preferred
• Minimum Education: High School Diploma

Location: Hillsboro Corporate Office - Hillsboro, OR 97124 (HYBRID)

Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR: $54,150 - $62,938 plus monthly incentives
