Your main responsibilities

Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Perform daily cycle counting program, monitor and provide results.
2. Perform physical count of inventory, material receipts, shipments in progress, work in process and any other inventory.
3. Assist with the investigation of discrepancies, imbalances and root causes of inaccuracies.
4. Utilized modern material handling equipment as needed, including but not limited to forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment.
5. Utilize function of Warehouse Management System to perform daily tasks.
6. Assist Receiving/Shipping personnel to ensure materials are properly labeled, including correct units of measure, etc.
7. Assist with troubleshooting of issues at time of receipt/shipment.
8. Review various source documents, such as but not limited to, G.O.'s, Bills of Material, computer outputs and engineering drawings to determine current material requirements.
9. Uses and maintains reports, spreadsheets and other information as needed to accomplish tasks.
10. Processes and performs data entry of returns and returns materials to proper storage location.
11. Assists with other inventory procedures as requested.

Education, Experience, Qualifications and Requirements:


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.


* HS diploma or GED.
* Good written and oral communication skills.
* A minimum of 12 months experience in Manufacturing or Logistics.
* Possesses the ability to use SAP to retrieve and track relevant information needed to complete job duties.
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office systems (testing may be required).
